Short version: it is a training log, it is offered as-is, your data is yours, and you can leave whenever you like.

Your account

One person per account. Keep your password to yourself — anyone with it can read and change everything you have logged.

You must be 16 or older to use it. It is not built for children and collects nothing intended for them.

This is not medical or fitness advice

The app calculates calorie and macro targets from formulas — the Mifflin-St Jeor equation for energy, the Epley formula for estimated one-rep max. These are population estimates, not prescriptions, and they know nothing about you beyond the numbers you typed in.

Nobody here is a doctor, dietitian or coach. Talk to one before changing how you eat or train, particularly if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. Lifting heavy things carries risk, and the app cannot see your form.

Your data belongs to you

Everything you log stays yours. It is never sold, never used to train anything, and never shared. You can export it or delete the whole account from Profile at any time, without asking. See Privacy.

Availability

This is a small service run by one person. It may be unavailable, and features may change or be removed. Keep an export if your history matters to you — that is honest advice, not a disclaimer.

Offered as-is

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate for your circumstances.

Needs your input: A lawyer should write the limitation of liability, governing law and dispute-resolution clauses, and the legal name and address of whoever operates this. Those depend on where you are and how you are set up, and I will not invent them — a clause that sounds legal but is not enforceable is worse than none.

Ending it

Delete your account whenever you want; that is the whole process. The account may be suspended if it is used to attack the service or another person.
